Etornam is a director and cinematographer based in Accra, Ghana, with credits across narrative, commercial, and documentary work. Originally from the Volta Region, his first camera was a MiniDV Handycam, a gift from his parents for his thirteenth birthday, and his earliest credits were the films he shot starring his three younger sisters. He studied digital cinema at the University of Ghana before training at the National Film and Television Institute (NAFTI) in Accra, where he fell in love with cinema and directing. Recent work includes Azali (Netflix), The Burial of Kojo (Netflix), and Sidechick Gang. His feature work has premiered at the Pan-African Film Festival and Black Star International Film Festival.
